The hospital who takes care of lapty is synnex. They left me a piece of paper which is called receipt. They told me that they'd text message me after it's done. Or I could call the number they gave me.

I called 2 days ago, and yesterday.

It says : English press 1, for Chinese please press 2 (I pressed1)
It says : Please sign in your 6 digits (I did)
It says : Thank you for attention. We are still fixing your CELL PHONE

:-s (a big confused emoticon!) cos I never brought my cell phone. I want my laptop fixed!

Then I ran into the office. They said, "lemme check, cos we just got our truck in. Oh it's done!"

:-S they never text you until you run into them, that's they way chinese do, my boss told me.
